We and the City or We - The City
This project is a graphic response to the growing issues of urban overdevelopment, betonization, and the gradual erosion of cities as livable spaces for their inhabitants. Through a series of grotesque yet realistic visuals, the graphics critique the exploitation of urban environments and the alienation of citizens from their own cityscapes. By highlighting themes such as the privatization of public spaces, unsustainable construction, and the displacement of community life, We and the City serves as a powerful commentary on the transformation of cities into uninhabitable spaces. The project invites reflection and conversation, urging viewers to reclaim their cities and advocate for more humane and sustainable urban development
